The first play I saw from Christian Voices was way back in July, 2010. I was just a member of the audience that day but the experience provoked myself and my good lady to get more involved in the group.

Christian Voices were inspired that day by the story of Jesus calling Lazarus from the tomb. This year, Christian Voices return to this wonderful story.
A revised version of Lazarus, will be performed at the following locations over early October, 2017:

  • Monday, 2nd October, 8:00pm, St. Martha’s Church, Little Common
  • Saturday, 7th October, 3:00pm, Ninfield Methodist Church Hall
  • Sunday, 8th October, 10:30am, St. Andrew’s Church, Fairlight
  • Wednesday, 11th October, 7:45pm, Bexhill United Reformed Church
  • Friday, 13th October, 7:45pm, Christchurch Methodist Church, Bexhill
  • Sunday, 15th October, 9:45am, St. Peter’s Community Centre, Bexhill

Christian Voices do not charge any admission but any donations given at the end of each performance will raise money for Sussex 4X4 Response. Those who follow Christian Voices will know that we lost a valued member and dear friend this year. Graham Payne was an active member of Sussex 4X4 as well as Christian Voices and is sorely missed by both groups. Indeed, from a Christian Voices perspective, Graham was (one of) the original Lazarus.
